This recipe has locally grown elderberries, clove, cinnamon, ginger, rosehip, local honey, distilled water, and brandy.
I would not recommend giving this to children due to the brandy. Of course, you’re free to do as you please. Growing up in Appalachia Virginia my grandma rubbed whiskey on my gums and when I was old enough to eat solids, she let me nibble on burnt toast dipped in her black coffee. I turned fine.. outside of being a bit of a bourbon and coffee snob.

Shake well, 1 tbsp by mouth or in warm tea. Store in a cool, dark place. Shelf stable for 2 years.
